Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo evidence of the issue

We may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit

3. NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

If tracking shows delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing from us, you agree:

  • Not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks
  • To contact us first for resolution

Fraudulent disputes will be contested and may result in:

  • Permanent account ban
  • Reporting to payment processors

5. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds or replacements are granted solely at our discretion.
